Where we ship

Couture Jewelry Atelier ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Processing and production times

Ready-made jewelry orders are generally processed and shipped within five business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3 p.m., on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Custom jewelry follows the production timeline agreed upon for your individual project. Ready-made order processing times do not apply to custom pieces.

If an item is delayed, we will notify you by email or telephone. For urgent requests, email czcouturejewelry@gmail.com. We will confirm whether we can accommodate your deadline.

Shipping methods and charges

We ship through FedEx and insure all packages.

• Second-day shipping within the continental United States: $75.

• Overnight shipping within the United States: $100.

Shipping transit time is separate from order processing or custom production time. Contact us to confirm available shipping options for your destination.

We email your tracking number when your order ships.

Signature requirements

A signature is required for orders over $500, without exception. Please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign.
